About Us
Our background in property management goes back over a decade when we started managing our own and friends' properties. Living in London, our network of friends tended to come from various international backgrounds.
As we understand the issues that landlords might come across, many of our friends wanted us to look after their properties as they returned 'home' (mostly the US, France, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand). We realised there was an opportunity to provide this type of service in London and XPPM was born.
Colinette Hyatt looks after client services and has lived in France, New Zealand and the UK. She speaks fluent French and English. Her background in marketing communications and project management as well as her own experience as a landlady provides landlords with a high level of service whilst keeping costs under control.
Llewellyn Williams is a property enthusiast and this has been his main hobby for the last 15 years. He looks after the property search services helping people grow their investment portfolio by looking for the best property for their needs in the West London area. He has experience in owning and managing investment properties, as well as buying and selling them. As well as English, he speaks French, Italian and Spanish.
